Uhh...it's for Science? Uhh...I have bad luck with uploading small MB?
Solar Energy is a renewable and unlimited source of energy which directly or indirectly delivers most of the other sources of energy to Earth. Solar energy in the narrow sense means the amount energy that is transmitted by solar radiation and is expressed in J. Solar energy in its original form is commonly used for conversion into heat energy for domestic hot systems water and heating (as additional energy source) and in solar power where for conversion of electricity is using photovoltaic systems.
By: John CurtisDefinition of Wind EnergyOne form of solar energy is wind energy. Wind is a natural power source that can be economically used to generate electricity. The way in which wind is created is from the atmosphere of the sun causing areas of uneven heating. In conjunction with the uneven heating of the sun, rotation of the earth and the rockiness of the earth’s surface wind is formed.
By: wpat007There are many different forms in which alternative energy is available. One of these is solar power. Solar power is driven by photovoltaic cells, and these are progressively getting less expensive and more advanced. Solar energy power can be used for electricity, heating, and making hot water. Solar energy produces no pollution, as its input comes completely from the sun's rays.
By: blopaHome solar panels are the right solution for anyone willing to hold the polluting energy created by fuel-supplied power plants with green and renewable energy that is more than within reach.Installed on the roof of the house, or even built in the roof, if they are included during the building stage, home solar panels can supply all the energy and heat that you need to run all your appliances, and they will even let you give energy to other users.
By: Assaf KatzirWith increasing energy costs plaguing the nation and global warming on thoughts of millions across the world, adding residential solar panels to your home would be a wise thing to do. With the low investment to install these solar panels you will benefit greatly from the amount of money you will save in energy costs in the long run. The residential solar panels of today are much better looking and more appeasing to the eye than solar panels of the past.
By: Csaba NilgeszAs years pass by nature seems to be running out of resources for us. This means that if we do not look for some alternatives at time, humanity might get in a dead-end situation. Until now we have been using fossil fuels for sustaining most of the daily activities that need electric power. Hot water, warmed rooms during winter, lights in the house and in the garden they might all fade away. Alternative energy can be something to consider as it is for free and it does not pollute the environment. We are talking here about special devices that can capture the sunlight and transform it into power. Such a device is the solar panel.
By: Jerry McElroyPassive solar design takes advantage of both summer and winter sun angles for free cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. How cool (or hot) is that?Passive solar gain,... it's free and completley pollution free! It can be as simple as paying attention to the orientation of the house, placement of windows, the length of the overhang of your roof, and the kind of floor and walls chosen. One way of thinking about your house when it comes to the sunshine that falls upon it everday is like that of a battery. How efficient is your house as a battery, that is, how well does it charge up and save the free heat that the sun provides during the day and how well does it give back this heat during the night when needed?
By: John CurtisThe Definition of PhotovoltaicPhotovoltaic energy or a solar electric system generates electricity naturally and efficiently. To understand how photovoltaic power harnesses electricity one must first understand the basic underlying physics and the design of a photovoltaic device. This is a fully functional system that can be used as a renewable resource in generating electric power.
